Yes. The price we quote for an airport transfer is the price you pay, however long the journey takes. The only extras are the airport's own charges: at Gatwick, Luton and Stansted the drop-off fee is already included in your fare; at Heathrow a £7 drop-off fee is added on departures, and on pick-ups the car-park charge is passed on at cost.
We track your flight, so your driver works to the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. You get 45 minutes of free waiting after landing, which covers passport control and baggage for most arrivals; after that waiting is charged at £20 an hour or part of it.
Yes — meet and greet is available on request at every airport. Your driver waits at the arrivals meet-and-greet point with a name board, and your booking confirmation tells you exactly where. If you'd rather, we can also arrange a quick kerbside pick-up where the airport allows it.
A standard saloon takes up to four passengers with two medium cases and hand luggage. For more people or more luggage we have estates, 6-seater MPVs and an 8-seater — tell us your party size and bags when you book and we'll send the right car.
Yes. Pay by card in the app, by card to the driver, or on account for regular business travel. Cash is welcome too. There's no surcharge for paying by card.
